Our Haus Elisabeth was honoured this year as a comfortable home with the Tyrolean Award "Edelweiss".
Our three large apartments are equipped with upscale amenities, wireless internet access and a very quiet location overlooking beautiful alpine landscape. Our garden is suitable for children - dogs and cats are also welcome!

Holiday home Haus Elisabeth
The Haus Elisabeth is located near Kössen village. Our privately owned house was awarded by the "Landesverband der Privatzimmer- und Ferienwohnungsvermieter Tirol" Edelweiss.
It is very quiet and sunny, located slightly above the valley Kössen with a beautiful view of the imposing cliffs of the Wilden Kaiser. In the surroundings you will find wildflowers and rural culture.
Equipment
Our apartments are exclusively equipped. They have fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Upon request we offer you bread-in-the-morning service.
In each of our apartments you have access to the Internet from your laptop via WLAN. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and have cozy living room furnishings. A second TV is available on request.
The two larger holiday apartments have wooden floors.
Arround the house
A playground for infants is at the house - we gladly accommodate families with children. Pets can also be taken on the holiday. In the summer we host occasional barbecues for our guests, punch in the winter evenings. To warm up, you can treat yourself with an infrared sauna. The use of the cabin is included in the price.
Rental bikes are available free of charge if booked in advance

In winter there are over 120 km of optimally prepared cross-country ski trails, 35 km magnificent slopes and a lot of winter hiking trails. Enjoy the Kaiserwinkl, overlooking the rocky walls of the Zahmen and Wilden Kaiser.
Excursions
The Unterberghorn is only 2 kilometres from the Haus Elisabeth (3-4 minutes by car). In the summer you can make excursions and in the winter , you can ski. The bus stop is about 500 m away. In winter the region is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, in the summer for hiking and paragliding.
Only 6-7 minutes by car is the Walchsee. It offers water sports, swimming, sailing, windsurfing and water skiing

Kufstein
The picturesque town 28 km away invites you to shop. High above the Inntal is the Fortress Kufstein with a beautiful view over the landscape.
Swarovski Crystal World
The mysterious Crystal Worlds in Wattens (near Innsbruck) are about 80 km from Kössen. Fourteen curiosities invite visitors into the realm of fantasy.
Reit im Winkl, Winklmoosalm
The village of Reit im Winkl is located 6 km from Kössen. The tranquil village with many restaurants, cafes and small shops is well worth a trip.
Kitzbühel
Only 30 km you can reach Kitzbühel, one of the most famous winter sports resorts in Austria. The Hahnenkamm- and the Kitzbüheler Horn cabin cars give visitors a spectacular view of the main Alps.
Salzburg
Only 80 km from Kössen is the city of Mozart, which is not only for culturally interested visitors. The historic Old Town and the fortress Hohensalzburg are definitely worth a visit.
Innsbruck
The capital of Tyrol impresses with its alpine location between the Karvendel in the north and the Patscherkofel in the south. Innsbruck was in 1964 and 1976 the venue of the Olympic Winter Games. The historic Old Town and the Castle Ambras in the neighborhood are worth a visit.
